Returns & Hygiene Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all items are in sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers in the United States. We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@madeline-newyork.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can properly review and resolve the matter.
Exceptions
We will only offer a replacement or refund if the item is:
- Defective upon arrival
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item received)
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way are not eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at the sole discretion of Madeline New York.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
