Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout and depend on the destination state/region and the selected shipping method.

Processing & delivery times

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases, such as high demand, public holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status.

Customs & import duties

Orders shipped within the United States generally do not incur customs or import duties. If any taxes, fees, or charges apply, they will be shown at checkout or are otherwise the responsibility of the buyer where permitted by law.

Undeliverable shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or refusal to accept the shipment, we reserve the right to charge the costs for reshipping the order.
